The role includes client visits, spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards when liaising with private clients.

Qualifications

• Completed in QQI Level 5 or above.
• Full clean Irish Driving License and access to own car.
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and follow care plans; update as needed.
• Supervise care staff, provide training, guidance, and evaluations.
• Conduct client visits, spot checks, monitor satisfaction, address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards; liaise with private clients.
