Westcare Homecare Ltd in Mayo is seeking a Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality homecare services, ensure care plans are followed and updated, and supervise staff with training and support.

The role includes client visits, spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards when liaising with private clients.

Qualifications

Completed in QQI Level 5 or above.
Full clean Irish Driving License and access to own car.
Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector.
Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land).

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of high-quality care and follow care plans; update as needed.
Supervise care staff, provide training, guidance, and evaluations.
Conduct client visits, spot checks, monitor satisfaction, address concerns.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards; liaise with private clients.
