Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants to support clients across Dublin North in Kilbarrack. We offer full-time and part-time roles with paid induction and training, flexible hours and ongoing development.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and promote client independence while maintaining dignity and safety. QQI Level 5 modules and driving licence are preferred, with eligibility to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required)
• International Police Clearance, where applicable
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans
• Supporting client independence and social engagement
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures

Qualifications & Training Requirements
