Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants to support clients across Dublin North in Artane. We invite both full-time and part-time applicants to join a team committed to high-quality personal and practical care.

You will help maximise independence, respect dignity, and follow individual care plans, with paid induction, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans
• Supporting client independence and social engagement
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
