Job summary

Comfort Keepers - Official Community Impact Partner of the GAA, seeks compassionate carers to help people live independently at home in Ireland. You will deliver personal care, assist with meals, provide medication prompts, and travel between local client visits with dignity and respect.

Role offers full-time or part-time positions with mileage reimbursement, free QQI Level 5 training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; we will support you to complete it.
• Genuine motivation to help people live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including mobility, dressing and continence care with dignity.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication prompts and maintain accurate records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Monitor client wellbeing and escalate concerns promptly to management.
• Build a professional, trusted relationship with client and family.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
