Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Ireland is seeking Care Assistants to deliver personal care in clients' homes within your local area. You will support mobility, meals, and daily tasks while upholding dignity and respect.

EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work is required, with full-time or part-time positions available. Eligible applicants will benefit from free QQI Level 5 training, mileage reimbursement, a company uniform, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland is required.
• A driving licence is not required but beneficial.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable, if you do not hold it you will be supported to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care including support with mobility, dressing and continence care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area and escalate concerns to local management.
• Build a professional trusted relationship with your client and their family.
