Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin on-site is seeking a Medical Scientist - Histology to assist in routine histology processing and coordinate laboratory services under the Senior Medical Scientist and Laboratory Manager.

You will work toward accreditation standards, participate in quality management and training, and contribute to research projects, while maintaining patient-centred service and liaising with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Membership or eligibility for ACSLM/CORU or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in service training across all disciplines.
• Experience in Cut Up would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain and enforce lab procedures and testing equipment protocols.
• Assist in achieving best-practice operational procedures and efficient resource use.
• Support quality management programmes and performance audits.
