Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Construction Coordinator to supervise and coordinate activities on key milestones, working with the PIT Lead and TIPM, and coordinating with Trade Partners, Tool Owners, System Owners, and 3rd parties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery of project milestones.

The Construction Coordinator will act as the on-site lead, monitor tool progress, and ensure work is well planned and executed to meet commitments while mitigating risks and removing constraints

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor or high-tech construction
• Experience coordinating with Trade Partners and 3rd parties in complex projects
• Strong safety and quality program adherence in field construction

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet milestones
• Ensure safe work practices and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with PIT Lead, TIPM, trade partners and 3rd parties
• Escalate constraints within the PIT structure when unresolved
