Job summary

Engage People Recruitment seeks a Senior Financial Advisor in Sandyford, Dublin to take ownership of an existing portfolio serving medical consultants, GPs, dentists and other professionals. You will grow the book, develop new business through referrals, and build a strong local presence in a boutique advisory setting.

The role emphasizes MiFID compliance, long-term client relationships and a visible growth trajectory within a high-value market.

Qualifications

• Full QFA qualification and a relevant third-level degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a financial adviser.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients, ideally within the medical or professional services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing, retaining and growing an established client portfolio.
• Strong new‑business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish pensions, investments, protection products and relevant tax considerations.
• A thorough understanding of MiFID requirements and the Consumer Protection Code 2012.
• A full Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an established client book and take ownership of the portfolio.
• Grow the portfolio, generate new business and build professional referral networks.
• Develop long-term relationships to drive retention and recurring revenue.
• Represent the business at events and industry gatherings to generate opportunities.
