Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a motivated HGV Driver to join our logistics team in Ireland. You will be responsible for timely collections and deposits, ensuring safe deliveries and maintaining vehicle standards. The role requires a valid tachograph card and a clean driving licence.

Minimum 3 years' HGV driving experience.
Valid clean driving licence.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

Complete all collections and deposits as scheduled to ensure efficient service to customers and facilities.
Ensure delivery is safe on arrival and respect customer property; consult with customer/Manager if in doubt.
Complete a delivery check with customer and obtain a signature.
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
Drive within Tachograph Law and Driver Hour Limits.
Keep trucks clean; maintain cab cleanliness.
Report incidents/accidents per company procedure.
Provide yard support as required by Location Manager.

Responsibilities

Complete all collections and deposits as scheduled to ensure effective and efficient service to all customers and facilities.
Ensure that on arrival, the delivery is safe to make and respect the customer's property, if in doubt consult with customer and/or local Manager or Transport Manager.
Complete a check of delivery with customer and obtain a signature.
Perform daily safety checks and maintenance checks.
Drive within the Tachograph Law and Driver Hour Limits.
Clean trucks as scheduled and / or required. Maintain the cleanliness of the cab.
Report any incidents or accidents as soon as possible and in compliance with the company's accident reporting procedure.
Provide support in the yard as required by Location Manager.

Skills Required

Preferably a minimum of 3 years' HGV driving experience.
Clean relevant Drivers Licence.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
