Job summary

Kilsaran is hiring for an HGV Driver to join their logistics team in Ireland. The role involves performing scheduled collections and deposits, ensuring safe deliveries, and verifying with customers. Daily safety and vehicle maintenance checks are required, with adherence to tachograph rules.

Applicants should hold a clean drivers licence and a valid Digital Tachograph Card. The company offers competitive pay, bonuses, and opportunities for progression, including potential owner-driver options

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HGV driving experience.
Clean valid driving licence.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

Complete all collections and deposits as scheduled to ensure efficient service.
Ensure deliveries are safe to make and consult with customer/manager if in doubt.
Obtain customer signature after delivery check.
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on vehicles.
Drive within Tachograph Law and Driver Hour Limits.
Keep trucks clean and cab tidy as scheduled or required.
Report incidents or accidents promptly per company procedures.
Provide yard support as required by Location Manager.
