Job summary

BAKU GLS LIMITED in Ireland is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for domestic work based at Rosslare Harbour. You will safely operate articulated vehicles, perform daily checks, and manage delivery paperwork while complying with tachograph rules and company policies.

Applicants must hold a valid CE licence, Driver CPC, ADR certification, and be able to communicate in English. Overnight stays away from base may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ HGV driving experience.
• Valid Category CE driving licence and up-to-date Driver CPC.
• ADR certification is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive articulated vehicles safely and in compliance with road traffic laws and tachograph requirements.
• Conduct daily walk-around checks and report defects.
• Drive from depot to loading/unloading points according to delivery schedules.
