Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Operational SME fluent in Hebrew and English to join our 24/7 Dublin operation. The role focuses on coaching and guiding agents, providing real-time expertise to improve performance and handle complex cases.

You will collaborate with Training and Quality teams, enforce policy and safety standards, and support continuous improvement. The role requires strong language skills (C1) and a genuine passion for coaching in a fast-paced contact center

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities in real-time.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently.
• Experience in fast-paced, quality-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new-hire and tenured Agents on the floor.
• Provide real-time support, coaching with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
• Deliver RCA coaching and support process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, policies and standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to content and accounts.
