Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a Healthcare Technician to install medical devices in patients' homes and hospital settings, train patients on use, and ensure ongoing safety and adherence to treatment plans.

The role requires driving a long wheelbase van and willingness to participate in an on-call roster, with responsibility for feedback to prescribers and incidents reporting as part of materiovigilance. Field-based work with patients and prescribers across Ireland is expected.

Qualifications

• Medical device installation experience preferred.
• Ability to train patients on equipment per prescription.
• Experience with patient follow-up and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Install medical devices in patients' homes and hospitals per prescription and regulations.
• Provide training to patients on device usage and safety.
• Trace incidents related to materiovigilance and report as required.
• Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow-up and treatment compliance.
• Ensure satisfaction of patients and prescribers during treatment follow-up.
