Job summary

Fleming Medical in Limerick is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Executive to join the Healthcare Sales team. You will be commercially minded, highly organised, and an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

You will build relationships with healthcare customers, provide product recommendations, and drive sales growth while maintaining long-term customer relationships. This is a full-time on-site role based in Limerick.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and IT skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Complete a structured weekly outbound call programme.
• Retain and develop existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
• Process orders received by phone, email, and web.
• Prepare quotations and process payments accurately.
• Stay aware of industry trends and customer needs.
• Share market feedback to support continuous improvement.
