Job summary

Excel Recruitment Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to provide holiday cover across our Healthcare Division. You will manage client accounts, candidate pipelines and bookings, acting as the primary contact during periods of absence to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, ideally in healthcare recruitment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, candidate pipelines, bookings and placements across the Healthcare Division.
• Provide cover across multiple healthcare recruitment desks during leave, sickness, and peak periods.
• Maintain communication with clients and candidates, protecting relationships and ensuring staffing requirements are met.
