The role requires strong SQL, Python, data visualization expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid Dublin setting, split between office and home-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-related field
• Proven experience in data interrogation, analytics and visualization
• Experience applying statistical models and methods
• Strong track record leading analytics projects with business impact
• Excellent collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Expertise in SQL and at least one scripting language (R or Python)
• Advanced data visualization and dashboarding with Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar

Responsabilités

• Architect analytics solutions from business requirements and translate to insights
• Design and develop data queries in SQL/Python to model health care trends
• Present insights to leadership with clear, actionable stories
• Identify gaps and automate processes to improve efficiency
• Forecast business impact and deliver proactive solutions
• Create user-friendly dashboards for clinical data visualization
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices
• Utilize predictive analytics and data visualization to address priorities
