Accenture Ireland's Health and Public Service Practice in Dublin seeks a Healthcare Consultant with clinical background and change-management experience to lead transformation programmes. You will work with clinicians, hospital operations and eHealth teams to deliver strategic direction, process improvement and technology-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Clinical background and profession, ideally in an Irish healthcare setting.
• Experienced delivering change programmes in a healthcare setting.
• Experienced working with and/or leading multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated facilitation experience in a healthcare setting.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Bring your passion and experience to deliver ground-breaking projects to support our clients, from industry consulting, strategic direction, to process improvement and technology transformations, while building your skills and capabilities.

Our team is made up of a diverse range of professionals, with a deep understanding and passion for transforming the way care is delivered. They share experiences right across the healthcare environment – including clinicians, hospital operations, eHealth, commissioning – who work together to pioneer new ways to improve healthcare!

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• Clinical background and profession, ideally in an Irish healthcare setting

• Experienced delivering change programmes in a healthcare setting

• Experienced working with and/or leading multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting

• Demonstrated facilitation experience in a healthcare setting

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
