Job summary

Connected Health in Drogheda, Ireland, is seeking an Healthcare Assistant - Rapid Response to deliver urgent home care. This on-site role supports clients at home, with a focus on safety, comfort and independence.

QQI Level 5 and driving licence are required for reliable, compassionate care. The position offers a fixed salary of €35,247 per year, paid fortnightly, with mileage and a sign-on bonus after three months.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Homecare experience in Ireland.
• Full QQI level 5 in Health & Social care required.
• Hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
• Good standard of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for staff shadowing - ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• To undertake emergency over - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges).
• To evaluate and monitor the quality of the care delivered to clients and report to the area manager with concerns.
• Checking and collecting journal notes from clients houses.
• Delivery of Careplans, log sheets and gloves to client's homes when required.
• Delivery of PPE.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Have a least 1 years Homecare experience in Ireland
