Job summary

Connected Health in Navan is seeking a Healthcare Assistant. No prior experience required; we provide accredited QQI training and ongoing development to help you thrive in this rewarding role. You will support individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and maintaining independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid home care experience or QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Full driving licence with access to a car.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support with daily tasks and personal care.
• Help maintain clients' independence at home.
• Coordinate with care team to meet individual care plans.
