Contact Care is a home-grown Irish company delivering compassionate home healthcare across Dublin. We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality personal care and social support in clients' homes, with flexible part-time and full-time rosters and stable, predictable hours.

Qualifications

QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Healthcare Support.
Modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person completed.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Direct Care: Deliver high-quality personal care and social support in clients' homes.
Promote Independence: Encourage dignity, respect, and independence through person-centred care.
Daily Support: Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship.
Care Plans: Follow tailored, individual care plans strictly and document precise daily care notes.
Compliance: Adhere to infection control, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with field supervisors and managers to ensure the highest standards of care.
