Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in care or customer service preferred.
- QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person; company may assist to achieve before start date.
- Full driving licence with access to a car is essential.
- Good English skills in spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user and their family.
- Operate within Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Develop professional relationships with service users and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Communicate changes in the service user’s condition to supervisor.
- Complete documentation including service user records and timesheets.
