Job summary

Contact Care Ltd in Dublin, Ireland is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate home care across multiple locations. The roles are contract to permanent with regular shifts, offering €15.00–€18.00 per hour and fluent English requirements.

Ideal candidates will hold QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or be working toward it, with strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and independence for clients living at home.

Qualifications

• Traits: Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and deeply committed to excellent client care.
• Education: Working toward or holding a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Healthcare Support.
• Modules: Must have completed both Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English).
• Compliance: Ability to provide suitable professional/character references and complete the Garda Vetting process.
• Note: Previous care experience is helpful but not required if modules are completed.

• Compliance: Adhere to infection control, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with field supervisors and managers to ensure the highest standards of care.
