Job summary

Tarasis Healthcare is seeking kind, caring and dedicated health care assistants to join our team across Ireland. Earn up to €18.90 per hour with a flexible schedule and generous bonuses. We provide training, uniform, and mileage support while fostering career progression in a family-run, established home-care provider.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of Older Person or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Completing all care duties and tasks, as detailed in the individual care plan.
• Assisting clients with personal care: toileting, washing, dressing, etc.

What your role will entail:

• Completing all care duties and tasks, detailed in the individual care plan
• Assisting clients with all personal care: toileting, washing, dressing etc.
• Assisting in practical support such as house cleaning; cooking; dish washing; etc.
• Ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and light snacks, as required
• Promoting independence and choice where possible.
• Upholding client’s rights and preserving their dignity, always
