Job summary

Kiltipper Woods Care Centre in Dublin, Ireland is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our expanding team. The role involves assisting Nursing Staff in delivering high-quality resident care and working under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Staff Nurses.

Shifts available include days from 8am to 8pm and nights from 8pm to 8am. Applicants should hold a QQI Level 5 in healthcare support or an equivalent qualification and have experience caring for older persons.

Qualifications

• Full QQI Level 5 in healthcare support or equivalent.
• Previous Experience working in care of the older person.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nursing Staff in delivering resident/patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Staff Nurses.
• Work under the direction of the Nurse Manager and the Nursing Team to provide high-quality care.

Healthcare Assistants required for Kiltipper Woods Care Centre. (39 hours per week)

We are currently expanding our team and looking for Healthcare Assistants.

The role of the Healthcare Assistant is to assist the Nursing Staff in the delivery of resident / patient care and to work under the supervision and direction of the Nurse Manager and the Staff Nurses.

There is a potential of being scheduled for any of the below shifts.

• Day shift 8am - 8pm
• Night shift 8pm - 8am

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Full QQI Level 5 in healthcare support or equivalent
• Previous Experience working in care of the older person

Annual Remuneration: €32691

Our Care Centre is a purpose-built Centre established in 2004. Our multidisciplinary team provides a range of specialist care services including care of the older person, the younger person with a disability, people with Dementia/Alzheimer's and step-down care, convalescence, and rehabilitation care services. Kiltipper Woods Care Centre provides outpatient rehabilitation and wellness therapies through our physiotherapy and hydrotherapy clinic.
