Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client are hiring HCAs! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our nursing home client, Ireland's leading independent provider of nursing home care.

You will deliver patient-centred support, maintain dignity, and assist with daily living to improve residents' quality of life. We offer ongoing training and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare or social care qualification, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum B1 English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and observation skills.
  • A professional, caring, and compassionate nature.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Contract & Benefits
  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Shifts: Day and night (flexibility required)
  • Salary: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour (based on experience)
