Job summary

AGS Recruitment is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants for immediate full-time and part-time agency shifts in Dublin and nearby areas. You will provide care to residents, support daily living activities, and work on flexible schedules.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent, at least 1 year experience, and a full right to work in Ireland with a valid driving licence. Garda vetting and in-house training are provided.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar care environment.
• CPR and Moving & Handling certificates preferred.
• Full right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available).
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in Dublin and nearby areas.
• Comply with onboarding, training and compliance requirements.
• Support adults or children with disabilities in a person-centred environment.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with staff.
