Connected Health is hiring a Healthcare Assistant to support clients in Cavan Town and surrounding areas. No experience?

We provide accredited QQI training and ongoing development to help you thrive in this rewarding role, with a focus on daily living tasks and personal care to promote independence. We welcome applicants with 3 years of paid home care experience and/or QQI Level 5, have a full driving licence, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of paid home care experience AND/OR: QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) - we can help you achieve this
• Full driving licence with access to a car
• Good standard of English - both spoken and written
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support with daily tasks and personal care.
• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Record observations and liaise with care teams.

Who We Are Looking For
