Job summary

Access Healthcare in Ireland is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support services in Ballyhaunis and surrounding Mayo area. This role offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts and competitive hourly pay (€15–€20) with premiums for Sundays and night shifts.

Join a people-first care team, with free registration and uniform provided, and a dedicated consultant to support you across Mayo.

Qualifications

• FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) incl. Care Skills and Care of the Elderly; plus one module (Care Support / Health & Safety / Communications).
• Minimum 2 months’ experience in an Irish healthcare setting.
• Up-to-date vaccinations and training or willingness to obtain and complete.

Essential Requirements

• FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent), including:

• Up-to-date vaccinations or willingness to obtain
• Current mandatory and practical training (or willingness to complete)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Ability to travel within Ballyhaunis and surrounding areas (full driver’s licence desirable)
