Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Healthcare Advisory team. You will deliver healthcare consulting projects across public and private sector clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to business development while collaborating with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant project management experience (role dependent).
• PM certification with best-practice methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile).
• Change management certifications desirable (Prosci/CCMP/CMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client projects in healthcare advisory across public and private sectors.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic solutions.
• Develop and deliver client solutions with senior consultants.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and leadership.
• Contribute to proposals, tender documentation, and business development.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; maintain project documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
