Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Healthcare Advisory team. Lead healthcare consulting projects across public and private sectors, nationally and internationally, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met while collaborating with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders.

Candidates with 3-8 years of PM experience, ideally with clinical background, will contribute to business development and mentor juniors.

Qualifications

• A third level degree with a strong academic record.
• Project Management certification with best practices and methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Change Management Certifications (Prosci CCMP CMP) desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience depending on level applied for.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of healthcare client projects across public and private sectors.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support strategic solutions for healthcare clients.
• Develop and deliver innovative healthcare solutions with senior consultants.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Assist in proposals, tenders, and business development activities for the healthcare advisory practice.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies with RAID documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and stay updated on industry trends.
