Job summary

Boots Ireland is hiring a Healthcare Advisor to deliver complete care by advising on health products and services. You will provide exceptional customer care, stay updated on new lines and promotions, and refer customers to the pharmacist to help them select the best products and services.

You will work with the team to deliver outstanding customer care, maintain store standards, and promote a customer-led culture while complying with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company and professional standards and procedures.
• Keep the store clean and tidy and manage queues effectively.
• Share and celebrate successes and identify best practices across local stores.
