Boots Group is hiring a Healthcare Advisor in Ireland to deliver complete care by advising on healthcare products and services in-store. You will work with a team to provide exceptional customer service, stay informed about promotions, and guide customers to pharmacists when appropriate to ensure the best choices for health needs.

• Be a role model for a customer-led attitude with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Ensure compliance with company and professional standards and procedures.
• Keep the store clean and tidy and manage queues effectively.
• Share and celebrate successes and identify best practices across local stores.
