Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator in Ireland to support and continuously improve our site H&S management systems. You will work with management, supervisors and employees to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Irish legislation.

You will lead audits, risk assessments, training coordination and incident investigations, while maintaining records and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support H&S management and drive continuous improvement across the site.
• Conduct workplace safety audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist with risk assessments, SOPs and method statements.
• Monitor compliance and investigate accidents or near misses.
• Coordinate H&S training and inductions for staff, contractors and visitors.
• Prepare H&S reports, statistics and performance updates.
