Working on a shift rota, you will engage in daily activities and routines of the service, providing dedicated direct support to the people we care for as well as contributing to their development, health, and wellbeing. Working hours will be 48 hours per week as part of the rolling roster in place Rosters include 12&24 hour shifts Minimum Gross Annual Salary €40216 (minimum 2/3 years relevant work experience required) Purpose of the role: The Health Care Assistant is expected to engage in daily activities and routines of the service that they are working in, inclusive of direct support to service users, administration work and daily household tasks required of them. The Health Care Assistant is required to work as part of a dedicated and innovative team within Residential Services providing a service to the people we support in line with national regulations & standards.
