Dornan is inviting applications for its Health & Safety Graduate Programme 2027. Successful candidates will be placed on projects in Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe, reporting to the Project Manager as the Graduate EHS Advisor responsible for monitoring safety performance and advising on compliance with our policies.
You will develop safety documents with the site team, assist with audits and inspections, and help close issues in line with Dornan policy.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Graduate EHS Advisor will be responsible for monitoring Dornan safety performance, and advise on compliance with our health, safety, and welfare policies.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the safety management system and to develop safety documents in conjunction with the site team. The Graduate EHS Advisor will assist with audits and inspections, communicating the findings of these to site management, and assist in the closure of issues in line with Dornan policy.
