Search Talent is recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for civil works across the South East of Ireland, including Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow & Tipperary. The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards and compliance on multiple sites.

You will provide pragmatic safety guidance to site teams and subcontractors, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and coordinate inductions and training, promoting a strong safety culture on diverse infrastructure projects.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally within civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure or construction.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Good understanding of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with site teams.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites in the South East.
