Job summary

Tusla Child and Family Agency invites applications for Head of Recruitment and Talent Management – General Manager. This national leadership role oversees workforce supply, recruitment, retention and talent management across the Agency.

The successful candidate will develop a national recruitment strategy, ensure merit-based processes, manage budgets and engage with multiple stakeholders to deliver an employer of choice aligned with the Corporate Plan and People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Level 8+ qualification in human resource management, organizational development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant senior management experience in recruitment and talent management.
• Experience leading staff, managing significant budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement a national recruitment, retention, and talent management plan.
• Ensure merit-based, fair, transparent recruitment processes with appropriate boards.
• Establish policy, procedures, ICT systems, governance and reporting for workforce management.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across national/regional levels.
