Job summary

CREGG in Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale day-to-day ops across solar PV and heat pump divisions. The role suits a hands-on leader who can bring structure, drive execution, and support the next phase of growth.

You will own operations, implement systems, develop a high-performing team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. The position offers a clear progression path and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations management in construction, renewables, or similar.
• Hands-on leader with ability to build structure, systems and teams.
• Background in solar PV or heat pump installations desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site field teams and supply chains.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data‑driven with strong reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across installation activities.
• Design and implement SOPs and structured workflows.
• Develop and coach installation teams and support staff.
• Improve scheduling efficiency and resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement coordination and material availability.
• Establish KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate cross-department with sales, design, and admin.
• Drive Heat Pump division development and integration with solar.
