Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a senior AI Platform Architect to own the engineering platform powering the company's AI agents. You will define scalable foundations, deploy and monitor agents, and steer the architectural direction across the AI estate.

You will work hands-on with cutting-edge agentic AI, shape tools and patterns, and operate at Principal level as a key technical voice across the AI function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Machine Learning or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on A2A (Agent2Agent Protocol) experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the agent platform and architect scalable foundations for AI agents and ML systems.
• Build and evolve A2A and MCP capabilities across the estate.
• Drive observability, evaluation and reliability across AI systems.
• Modernise the estate by bringing greenfield agentic technology together with existing enterprise systems.
