Job summary

• Senior experience in digital transformation, technology strategy or solutions architecture across multiple businesses or complex operating environments.
• Understanding of business systems, integration, data and automation; ability to assess emerging technologies and make sound investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing systems and processes; identify opportunities for integration, automation and practical AI applications.
• Build a digital roadmap with clear investment priorities and measurable commercial benefits.
• Lead projects from initial assessment through implementation, adoption and review.
• Establish shared approaches across the group; develop tailored solutions for individual businesses.
• Lead the digital team and external technology partners; oversee security, data protection and technology governance.
