TechHeads Executive Search is conducting a confidential search for a Digital Transformation Director on behalf of a major organisation undertaking a significant programme of business transformation.

This is a senior leadership appointment for an individual capable of translating strategic ambition into measurable business outcomes, challenging established operating models and unlocking value through digital innovation, process optimisation and organisational change.

Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will shape and deliver the transformation agenda, ensuring investment, technology and organisational capabilities are aligned with the business’s long-term objectives.

The Mandate

The Director will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, strengthen organisational effectiveness and deliver sustainable commercial value.

Operating across business and technology functions, the role requires the ability to establish strategic priorities, mobilise stakeholders and maintain accountability for delivery and benefits realisation.
