Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Head of CRM Technology within the IT Services

IT Services is responsible for the design, development, implementation, management and support of a wide range of IT solutions and services to support staff, students and researchers in their work for the University. The Enterprise Applications Group in IT Services provides a range of applications to support the management and administration of the university along with technology to support effective collaboration and web publishing.

We are seeking a Head of CRM Technology who will have responsibility for the ongoing development of a new service area within IT Services. The postholder will be responsible for the strategic development of technology to support the CRM activities of the university. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications or their nominee, the postholder will be responsible for a substantial programme of work, comprising multiple technical and service strands and will also have responsibility for planning, budgeting and resource allocation within their area.

Salary Scale: €93,117 - €131,503 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
