Job summary

Mint Marketing Talent is seeking a senior product leader for a connected in-store platform serving major retailers. You will own the business unit, define the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle across hardware, consumables and software. Expect Europe-first focus with international travel to Ireland.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive profitability, and partner with commercial and operations teams to optimize pricing, go-to-market, and supply chain alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hardware/physical product management or product leadership.
• Strong technical/analytical depth across hardware, consumables and software.
• Experience making decisions across a combined product stack (hardware, consumables/components, software).
• Strong command of P&L, forecasting and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the business unit’s performance, grow output per retail location, improve margins and control costs.
• Define the product vision and roadmaps end-to-end across hardware, consumables and software.
• Lead and coach a product team, set priorities and remove blockers.
• Make data-driven decisions with metrics, reporting, and operating rhythm to guide pricing and investments.
• Shape the commercial model with pricing and international go-to-market, prioritizing Europe.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain to align hardware and fulfilment with growth.
• Raise service standards for partners and customers and introduce value-added services.
• Present to senior leadership and advocate for unit decisions.
