Job summary

Bruin in Dublin seeks a Head of Client Asset Oversight (PCF-45) to lead the client asset oversight framework from a senior level, interfacing with governance forums and regulators. You will own governance, controls, monitoring and remediation across the asset framework.

The role requires deep experience in regulated financial services, with strong Board and senior stakeholder communication skills and a track record in risk management and regulatory reporting.

Job description

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Client Asset Oversight (PCF-45) to lead its client asset oversight framework in Dublin. This is a senior leadership opportunity with significant exposure to senior management, governance forums and regulators.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and enhance the Client Asset Oversight framework, including governance, controls, monitoring, breaches and remediation.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert, partnering with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and business stakeholders to maintain a robust control environment.
• Provide senior-level reporting and support regulatory engagements, audits, examinations and assurance reviews.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have significant experience in client asset oversight within a regulated financial services environment, with strong knowledge of Irish Client Asset Requirements.
• Have experience operating at a senior oversight/control level, including governance, risk management, investigations and remediation.
• Have experience with CAMP or similar client asset governance frameworks, alongside strong Board, committee and senior stakeholder communication skills.
