Embecta Corp is seeking an Automation Engineering Leader to drive strategy, design, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing systems. You will lead a team of automation engineers and technicians to maximize uptime, optimize throughput, and ensure safety in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level engineering degree.
• 8+ years in automation/ equipment automation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley / Rockwell systems.

• Define and execute long-term automation strategy aligned with targets.
• Lead and upskill Automation Engineers and Technicians.
• Manage plant-wide automation projects and liaise with vendors.
