Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep technical proficiency in applied AI and agentic architectures.
• 15+ years in software engineering with senior leadership experience.
• Experience building and scaling developer platforms and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to design end-to-end workflows and long-term platforms.
• Familiar with prompt engineering, API/platform design and cost models.
• Proven ability to drive organization-wide adoption of new tools and standards.
• Experience operating under PCI/SOX or equivalent compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the core platform enabling AI-native development and governance.
• Design and implement AI-driven development systems for code, tests, and docs.
• Re-architect developer experience across inner/outer loops to reduce friction.
• Partner with leaders to standardize workflows, tooling, and training for AI usage.
• Own dashboards and governance metrics, optimize model costs across the org.
• Build and lead a focused AI platform engineering organization.
• Own human-facing developer experience and service catalog integration.
• Architect for model-agnostic tooling and portable marketplace skills.
