Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a Head Chef for a full-time position, typically Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with a 40-hour week. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, inspire a positive team culture, and drive exceptional food experiences for clients.

The Head Chef will oversee menu execution, stock control, cost management, hygiene compliance, and staff development to uphold Compass Group Ireland’s standards and customer satisfaction.
