Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to lead culinary operations and deliver exceptional food experiences for our clients across ROI. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, be a strong communicator, capable of managing a team, controlling budgets, maintaining hygiene standards and driving food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator with strong leadership skills.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the food service.
