A well-established hospitality venue in Co. Donegal, a short hop from Letterkenny town is recruiting an experienced Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to lead its kitchen operation as the business continues to develop.
This role suits a chef who values structure, consistency, and ownership. The focus is on delivering a reliable, well-executed menu that supports a busy bar-led environment.

The Role
